The idea behind The Choux is to design the full concept and brand of a future chain of stylish patisserie and coffee shops. The first branch was opened in Iso Omena but with an ambition to expand locally and in other countries as well. The concept behind The Choux is to serve trendy, exciting, and fresh self made preparations with a good touch of modern service, a perfect combination of French patisserie with a Nordic design.

In the last ten years I have succesfully designed solutions for retail as well as other businesses in countries like Romania, Saudi Arabia, Finland or Germany.
If there is one thing I love, that is branding. Love to see how a brand groes and have the satisfaction that I was part of that growth.
Whatever the job, graphic design always is a part of it. Love to experiment and play around with layouts, fonts and colors.
Photography is part of who I am. The daily hunt for light and spaces never stops.

MihuT is born in Constanta, south east of Romania currently working and living in Helsinki, Finland, the newest member of Everyday Paradise Crew. Since childhood his world revolved around music. Started taking piano lessons at age 7 and started playing at 16 years old, stealing the decks of Celentano beach one of the founding places of electronic music in Romania. At the age of 19 he moved to the Cluj Napoca where shortly he played in Flash Club along names like Margaret Dygas and many local Dj’s. Moving to Bucharest a year later opened a whole new world, starting playing in most of the known clubs, but involving himself in organizing underground parties with different concepts and locations. His sets are groovy and uplifting, seminal and energetic, the bond between new and old, minimal, techno or deep house being determined only by the vibe he finds out there.
